This recordbreaking rollercoaster is an experience you'll never forget.
PROJECT RECON J74 is a fantasy rollercoaster designed by Ibanez.
This fantasy ride is my imagination of the first B&M-Strata coaster standing at over 148,8m (488ft) in height with a track lenght of around 2.346m (7.697ft).
The ride features a recordbreaking 145m (476ft) tall and 89?????? steep first drop. While going down this drop the train reaches speeds of 189km/h (117.5mph) and pulling forces up to 4.1g.
The following elements of the ride are:

- a 68m (223ft) tall overbanked turn with 121?????? maximum banking.

- a 107m (350ft) tall airtime hill featuring about 6 seconds of airtime!

- a 89m (292ft) tall turnaround with 161?????? maximum banking.

- a low to the ground high speed passage with a bunnyhop.

- a 44m (144ft) tall overbanked turn with 122?????? maximum banking.

- a 56m (184ft) tall airtime hill into the final brakes.

The theming of PROJECT RECON J74 is based on a military base featuring a small airport, a giant radio dish antenna, a nuclear warhead launch pad and several other military crates.

Story:
In 2014 a new Military Power took over the world. Every resource on earth is now in their hands and they start to build more and more military facilities. Soon things change and the world's population starts to riot against the Military! After just one year the world changed radically. By the end of 2015 the riots finally had an ending! The Military Power and several countries around the world made an agreement to build new theme- and amusementparks around the whole planet to keep the earths population in a good mood.

You begin your ride experience at the amusementpark 'Military World 2016'. The park was founded in 2015 and soon became the most prestigious amusementpark in the world. The park's most succesful attraction is the enormous rollercoaster PROJECT RECON J74 which was built directly into the area of an military base.
The ride is about 4 miles away from the park itself so the guest need to take a shuttle bus to get to the ride. When the guests enter the ride area the get a real experience of what it feels like as a soldier. The impressive scenery around the queue-line really adds to your experience and prepares you for the upcoming ride on the rollercoaster!

So enter the ride's station and take a ride in the front seat on

PROJECT RECON J74

Have Fun!

Tech: You did a very nice job at creating this masterpiece! I can see why six users that have downloaded this ride have gave you a ten in each category. The one and only reason why I am not going to give you a 10 in the Tech section is because I feel like that dip out of the station was kind of unnecessary. Not to many B&M hyper coasters have a dip out of the station. The rest of the ride was GREAT! The trackwork was very well done. I can tell you checked every centimeter of track for jerks and pumps. I am glad you made your own supports instead of using the pre-fab supports. The drops and turns were all shaped accurately to a B&M coaster and the coaster passed the e-stop and tunnel test. And finally the G forces were safe.

Adre: Well, everyone should give you a ten in this category! I just fail to understand why only five out of the eleven users who have rated this coaster gave you a ten in the adrenaline category. This ride deserves it! This ride is jammed packed with extreme elements, a 488ft tall lift hill, a 476ft 89degree drop, two heavily overbanked turns, a hammerhead and three hills that provide massive floater airtime. I timed approximately how many seconds of total airtime you get on this ride and I came up with about 18.5seconds of complete airtime! That first drop is EXTREME! It feels like you are falling off a cliff or the world!

Orign: I can tell you intended to build this ride with a similar layout of Leviathan @ Canada's Wonderland. You succeeded on your goal. You put ALOT of hard work and effort into this ride! I wish every ride could be as great as yours!

Good Luck to you!

I'm so glad that you took the time into creating this roller coaster. This ride was breathe taking!!!

Technical: I really enjoyed the scenery! The lift hill was very well done and constructed! I liked the detailing along the side of the lift hill with the camouflage. The supports looked very realistic and well put together.

Adrenaline: The excitement throughout the ride kept the adrenaline high especially climbing the lift hill, first drop, and the camel back hill. If I had to be picking I wish you added another camel back hill before the hill into the brake run.

Originality: It's obvious that this resembles Leviathan but with the support work, theatrics, and scenery gives your ride its own personality.

Great Job!!!

Palanthir:

First; I believe those people who rated perfect 10s are merely noob raters; Ibanez is not the type of person who would create multiple accounts and rate his own ride multiple 10s just for his own ride to have a high rating.

Second; originality does not only depend on the layout. The immersive theming that is executed wonderfully is also a part of originality.

I can see how you would think Ibanez made fake rates, but you should remember that overrates like this happen all over exchange sites. Please don't accuse someone who spent a lot of time on a certain project for cheating, just because you disagree about the ride layout's originality.

this ride was awesome and close to perfect. I only took off .5 cause I thought it was a bit short. I hope they make this in 2016(yes I read the sign).

I think the best thing about this ride was that your passion for what you were doing really showed through the medium. I saw that particularly with the realization of the theme and the quality of the scenery throughout. There are tons of details to fly around and enjoy...looks like you didn't take shortcuts if you thought something would improve the scene. The jets, lens flare, and skybox were nice touches too. I think you went slightly too far with the fog, but it wasn't too far overdone in my opinion.

Trackwork was solid, but was really missing detail through the entire ride. It was a problem with the banking in particular...everything was so, so drawn out there. Even rides like Leviathan and Millennium Force are known to have long transitions, but your ride takes that to a whole new level by not having more detail than a start and end point in banking. Despite being designed by different manufacturers, you'll see some of the same banking characteristics in those two giga coasters I mentioned, along with many other from them and other designers. Adding those details will help your sense of speed. I know you're working with crazy velocity, but perception of said velocity is important too, and that comes from not just wind, but the ride motions. Yes you could get away with it with such a huge ride, but when I'm rating I try to rate relative to what a ride of a given style should be like, so as to be fair (and thanks AJ for the perfect comparison) to all rides uploaded, small or large. Shaping will improve with better banking, but forces were all pretty solid. I think you could've had the characteristic slight whip over the top of at least the large camelback though. Again, that's a small detail that is pretty important when trying to make such a huge ride seem dynamic.

The layout and length were believable. Very similar to Leviathan, but seeing as B&M tends to do somewhat similar designs, I won't fault you for that a whole lot because again that wouldn't be fair given the style.

I question your supporting in places. I can't say it wouldn't work, but I don't think your lift structure is the most efficient nor the most visually appealing design you could've done, and same with the large camelback.

Anyways as I said, the best part is the love that you showed for the theme and the medium. You said to me through your work: "I love the military, I think it's full of some amazing things, and I'd like to present that to you so you can love it the way I do." That really makes a difference. Good job.

T-One of those rides where I can feel that the G's are in check without looking at the statistics. Finding technical flaws in this ride is quite difficult, if not impossible, and yet I'm hesitant to give a 10. You look like you have a good eye for stuff. I was surprised none of the trains stopped on the lift despite running 3 trains and no MCBR.
A-I feel like this might push my steel stomach further than anything I've been on currently, and yet it would be worth it even if I did puke. That's saying something because I have emetophobia. As a result of the airtime hills being so big, the train takes longer to travel them, and this results in longer sustained airtime! That turnaround looks like the world's tallest inversion (eat your heart out Gatekeeper). That inversion would be so fun on a strata. In fact, this ride climbs so tall, I got nervous just going in fly view and examining the apex lift catwalks. You could not pay me enough to do maintenance on this thing if it was real. The pacing never lets up and it's smoother than shaved legs in a vat of lotion. I usually don't bat an eye at the adrenaline of out and back B&M airtime machines, but this is an exception.
The only reason this didn't get a 10: the aforementioned pushing my steel stomach.
O-Where to begin. The fact that this is a military themed coaster and you're going to be a part of the military (and this being one of two series finales happening this Sunday, the other is Breaking Bad) just adds to the experience.
I have no idea how you did that thing with the jets in the background (unless you can use animated gifs as skybox textures) but it's not really anything I've seen before. The fog, the environment, the whole scene just looks so beautiful and professional.
The only thing I seriously didn't like about this (and it's not your fault) is it took a couple minutes for the scenery to load.
This is also the first time I've given a 10 in any category.
