Track Description
Welcome to Koriyama Gardens!

My first and important project with NL2.
The themed area includes 2 rollercoasters,a Larson Loop attraction,a transportation service and a boat ride.
The 2 coasters are built with NL2 entirely,no import like Twister and Sleepy Hollow,so I think they could be better!

NINJA:B&M wing coaster
FUJIYAMA:RMC hybrid coaster
DRAGON:Larson Loop

Do not forget to visit the park at night! and do not miss a boat ride!
A warm atmosphere surrounds the whole garden...

Special credits go to:
THE CODEMASTER and his tutorial for RMC rails
NSEVEN for his flowers and trees
INTRESTO for his rocks
MOBOILLE and OSAMUS for their lanterns
M CHERNISHOV for his picnic tables
KEYSTONE RIDGE DESIGN for their benches
ABSURDAESTHETIC for his garden pagoda
TRH for his dragon gong
JOHN for his fences

A special thanx goes to you guys of CoasterCrazy for your useful advice in building better rides!

I think the park looks beautiful with the japanese theme, especially with the way that the buildings were constructed. The park is very compact and makes good use of space. The ride time for the Dragon is a bit too long, but that's not a problem. From the top of the wing coaster, you can see an attempted parking lot. If the edges were brushed up to be square, the asphalt wouldn't be so jutting. Fujiyama could've had a better name (it's taken by Fuji-Q). The wing coaster makes good use of twisted inversions, but it lacks airtime hills. I've been on many wing coasters, and airtime is actually a very important part of their thrill. The transport ride cuts very close to the base of the first inversion of Fujiyama. Otherwise, both rollercoasters are smooth, realistic, and I would definitely ride them.

I haven't rated a ride in years. This park was so good that I NEEDED to rate it.

The Japanese theming was superbly done, and done in such a way that every square inch of this park was gorgeous. I loved the little boat ride, and the tram ride was something that I can picture going on after riding something extreme to settle my stomach. This park really illustrates the "no limits" aspect to No Limits.

Attraction Placement- I rated this so high because of the beautiful layout of the park, the attraction accessibility, and the overall feel of the park. It's not a perfect 10 because the wing rider seemed a little clunky. It was the only part of the park that was not themed and I'm not sure why because other areas were amazing.

Ride Quality- Every ride was great. The dragon loop was odd, but it was fun where it was, and fits the asian theme perfectly. Fujiyama was fantastic, and the little boat ride was unique, cute, and was a great way to see the rides and relax. I can picture every one of these rides in a real park. Heck, I can picture this park being either a large expansion to a park with heavy theming and gardens.

Theme: I don't particularly like asian theming in general, but this was just plain beautiful. Everything had a flow to it, and the theme was never broken except for the small part on the wing rider and tram where you can see the parking lot. I REALLY want to give a perfect 10 here, but the wing rider was largely unthemed.

Accessibility- Great! Lots of thrill rides and family rides smooshed seamlessly into a small area that was very walkable, and beautiful. I loved how you can only see bits of rides from any given area and not massive structures. Nothing was an eyesore.

Use of Space- Amazing job here too. Actually, I'm not sure your use of space could have been any better. Perhaps more trees around the wing rider? I loved it!

Your rides are always great, but this shows that you have more than just a general understanding of what makes parks great, and that you really know how to make a park look organic, even though every inch has been planned out. Great job!!

Park:
Overall a really great theme - which stayed very realistic for a normal park (not over the top theming - kept it reasonable) It had a really nice feel as you came through the entrance and you had your two rollercoasters just peaking out either side. Generally I felt you laid the park out fairly well, although it did feel a little cramped at times - especially with the cluster of rides in the middle of the park The monorail and boat rides were a great piece of invention although it would've been cool to have some themed cars for those rides (for extra cool points hah)

Wingrider:
Felt this ride had some trackwork problems that really held it back. There were various large pumps and a bit of poor banking control whilst coming out of the immelman. Also as CK mentioned the twisted hill needed work as it had far too much rotation in such a short time. I enjoyed the asthetics and layout though - it was a nice ride that carried a lot of pace throughout.

RMC:
Again it suffered from similar problems to the Wingrider in being very pumpy in areas. Again as CK said I'd have liked to see the stall be held upside down rather than tamely banking to almost 180degrees then back again. The rest of the ride was really fun though - really flew through the elements and made good use of the rocks and scenery. Again the pacing was great and all in all felt like a really solid ride!

Feel free to pm me about this rate! [:

Park:
Great scenery. It adds a nice atmosphere without looking ridiculous. The monorail and larsen loop are a nice touch as well. I could navigate via gessing without a map well and it really felt like a park. I remember you from back in the day and you were always good at scenery and atmosphere. The ponds and tree usage looks really good, especially the picnic area.

Woodie:
The ride kept the G's under control for the most part, and I feel it had the RMC feel. One thing I noticed is that the hill after the first turnaround didn't say upsidedown for any length of time. I'm not sure if that was intentional but RMC makes the track stay inverted for awhile on their stall elements. The other thing I noticed is a pretty big jolt on the vallies of that stall element. I'm not sure how you built this ride, but I can't image the depumper being unable to lessen that if you just froze the lower vertices in place to keep the track from moving around too much. The steep sections needed a few more supports, but I can't fault you for not wanting to totally custom support that out with the amount of scenery you had blocking your view by the time the woodie was added.

The rocks and scenery around the ride are a nice touch. It's just enough to be interesting while not feeling cluttered or excessive. Great job on the rocks BTW, I find it impossible to make them look realistic.

Wingrider: You had a few pumps and bumps in this track like the woodie, and only area of bad G's. I'm not sure if you check the outside seats on the left side but the S hill before the helix into the barrel roll has a very intense rotation. I have an S hill in my standup and I managed to decrease the banking by 15 degrees on each side of it (30 degrees total) and it only raised the G's 0.2, which I think is a decent trade off. Don't let the auto-banking tool control you! The immelman also had a pretty hard pump in it, but I know from making two dive loops and having a pump in the same area myself that it's really difficult to remove that. The turn leading into the half corkscrew roll thing was pretty pumpy as well. Your ride definitely screamed Gatekeeper, and the supports and the atmosphere is great like the other rides as well. Thank you for not bombarding me with the cliche 90000 keyholes.

Overall this is a great park, I look forward to more contributions from you in the future. Thanks for the upload.

Glad to see you're making stuff for NL2! You're one of my favorite designers out there! Such a great park, great theme, nice concepts.

The wing rider was fantastic. Nice layout with some great out-of-your-seat moments and awesome G's. Fujiyama was really good too, but I found it less attracting than some of the other attractions. Not sure why, but still loved it nonetheless. The 'monorail' peoplemover type ride was fantastic. Simple in execution, but effective for what it was going for. It really made me feel like I was in a small theme park in Japan. And the boat ride was an awesome concept too. I love this park and will be visiting it very often!

Can't wait to see what's next.

What an amazing park! Thishas to be the most realistic and accurate feel of a Japanese themed pak. I especially loved your use of spinning coaster cars for the transport rides! :) Standing at the entrance seeing the Ninja wing coaster at the top of the lift hill then diving as well as Fujiyames unique first drop and turnaround I knew this was going to be something special! When I walked in there was a few lagging issues with my PC but I didn't know which way to go first, I just wanted to go on everything! The Dragon loop ride was dizzyingly fun and I didn't know which way was up after riding Ninja. My absolute highlight was Fujiyama with its 0G-roll and inverting hill! The boat ride was extremely relaxing and the transport ride was ore-inspiring travelling over, under and between the other attractions. This park should be submitted to development in a real Japanese region and it'll give all the other parks a run for their money! :)
