This coaster was located in the spot where the Vortex now stands. Sometimes called the world's first suspended coaster, but really it was just Arrow Dynamic's first. The Bat opened in 1981 and operated until 1983. Then in 1984, it was announced that the Bat would be dismantled. This coaster was forever lost and I never did get the chance to ride it.
But now I have rode it with the help of myself and No Limits, and now you have the chance to ride it to if you missed it the first time.
Having gotten to ride the real thing. I have many problems with this design. there was an s curve right before the first helix that's not as the original was. plus the the turn to the 2nd lift had a a more of a box curve to the lift after the helix. same the for the return to station.
Overall, your recreation was very good. 1 The layout was fairly accurate. maybe work on unlocking the swinging and transitions. 2 Pacing was great. it flowed nicely. 3 Scenery was good. 4 Being an old roller coaster, and more of a prototype, Ill rate it FAIR. 5 This was a good recreation of the original The Bat.
