So what? Just explain it to them. It's not the end of the world. Their heads won't explode. Kids don't really even care. They don't understand the connotations behind it anyway. They'll just think it's funny, or maybe gross, file it away in their brains, and then get on with their lives.
It actually really annoys me when people use the "my 7-year-old daughter saw that... how am I supposed to explain that to her?" excuse. Because if anything, letting her know about it will let her understand life better, and she can actually see her own body as a natural beautiful thing rather than something that she should be ashamed of and not talk about. |

Posted - 08/06/2012 : 4:45:59 PM lol When I watched that, I was like "WTF", but I don't understand how that ad would be offensive. |

Posted - 08/06/2012 : 3:11:12 PM Ragu didn't use their normal slogan, "It's in there." Talk about a missed opportunity. |

Posted - 08/06/2012 : 2:42:47 PM so... what's the big deal? Why is there even a thread being made about this? How can anyone possibly be offended by this. You will still wake up tomorrow, if you look at your body, there has been no damage made by this advert. |

Posted - 08/06/2012 : 12:30:37 PM ...which they shouldn't be, seeing as how it's a husband and wife having *** in that commercial, which the Bible has absolutely nothing against... and they didn't show anything, so it's not like they can whine "rawr rawr rawr my impressionable young child rawr rawr rawr." |

Posted - 08/06/2012 : 09:00:01 AM The only people that are offended by that are dumb portly christian people fatter than the fat kid "star" in that ad. |
