all i am saying is people will use the te rain with there roller coasters.

Example:

they could use the mountain side for a cool station drop out.

That option is already possible with a 3D inside of a mountain. Hence, all the terrain work is really non-productive, IMO. (That means in my opinion -- to which I certainly have not seen others attacked for sharing their thoughts).

Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all.

this is looking great ol, by track smoother i meant one that sorted out, things like Gs and the way the track can suddenly list to the left banking wise which is what you didn't actually want, it's a long shot with graphics and the wysiwyg system, but it would be nice for one that did it automatically, thanks.

Wouldn't that sort of delete the point of making YOUR OWN coasters? I mean, there should be some skill involved in making coasters...
^^This is a funny topic. Really.

Dude, why are you still talking?

The terrain looks ok... Hoping they will improve on it a lot though, or it'll just be a waste of time making it more detailed but still leaving it looking sloppy and square.

^Cade, please bug someone else with your great quest of learning how to type like a normal person, this thread is about NL2.

About NL2, i must say i like the auto-grass function, i hope it is expandable to forests and other terrains/climates/foilage.

And if it hasn't already been said, actual rising floors or the inverts or floorless coasters. Also maybe a chain return.

Are you guys taking suggestions? Well if you are, I would like for the transport work to work successfully with an e-stop. It would be nice to have a selection of tunnels other than the standard tunnel.

Thats all for now!

All I want. Again: Scenery, track and terrain should cast shadows on scenery, track AND terrain.

Animated 3ds and 3ds textures.

^^ If you make your transport section a brake and click on hide the brakes, and select lims or something like that. Then it will still have the brake functions only they're hidden, so you can launch it normally but it'll e-stop with a roll back.
And you can always make your own 3ds tunnels, and I believe there was even a special program for it.

Track transfers seem pretty cool to me too, but it could be hard making that work in the game.

I think there should be auto tunnels instead of whacking your head on ground and then going through it!

I hope the trees are more detailed in NL2, instead of two squares with alpha textures on!

I hope that underground tunnels will be good so you don't crash right into the ground.
