Coaster must be wooden-tracked. Supports can be steel.
No inversions or overbanks allowed. Maximum banking is 90 degrees.

Template
The track must complete a full circuit around the lake. This means that if I draw a line from the center of the lake in any direction, the line must intersect with a least 1 set of coaster rails. The track can go over water, but the ??????full circuit rule?????? applies only to track above ground.

Deadline
All coasters must be uploaded to the exchange before or on October 10, tracks with an October 11 timestamp will not be accepted. Please include the [NLT] tag so I can find your tracks easily.

As Bottom_Feeder_13 will be unable to compete, his spot will go to the highest rated-DQ'd track from the previous round. As that is a tie, both SkyArrow and TheDarkStar will be allowed to compete in this final round.

I had a feeling that was going to be a woodie for the finals.... It will keep me busy for a while!
EDIT: can we paint the terrain? can we use more than 1 lift? Can it be a scripted circuit?

Check you math, with a diameter of 500, and pi being 3.14.....as always, you can make a ride that's only 1500 m :)

There's always going to be hard times for those that only copy what RL builders have already done with a tourney like this XD Can't wait to ride new wooden coasters that aren't RMC copouts again! \o/

The point here is do i chose to go realistically up and down the hills or do i chose to build over the water (quite unrealistic) .... That's gonna be hard my friends!

That's the point. The template restricts you more than any other template in doing something different. The only task is to get this ride around the lake in the least boring way.
I am sorry i made my view known.

I still don't see what the problem is. Just create an Voyage-style out and back layout and wrap it around the lake. You can cheat a bit by making a long lift hill and stretching the brake run.
You can add a second lift hill, but those are usually boring if placed incorrectly.

Dueling coasters and multiple stations are allowed. However, the stations must be near each other. You may not place a second station halfway across the lake and make two separate rides.

I've already put many hours into this project but before I continue I need to be sure I understood correctly! the rule is to make a coaster that goes around the lake on land only? If it goes over the water the circuit will be interrupted??? How it is? If this rule apply i need to start all over but I've not much time less... Please respond asap!
Edit: Yes it must be on land to complete the circuit! Hyyyper confirmed to me!
Need to start all over.... Go big or go home!!!!

Wow, looks massive. Just be sure that the coaster must be full circle over land. If you have portion over the water, you must make sure that there is also track over land going next to it.
And please ask questions (in the forum or via PM) if something is unclear.

Correct, no rules about tunnels. However, this does not mean you can tunnel yourself under the lake, there needs to be track over or under land for the full circumference of the lake.

I didn't think that under the land was valid... my tunneled track is over the land .
