This is a recreation of the world's #2 wood coaster, (#3 in my books), Shivering Timbers, located at Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon, Michigan. I was looking for something to do, and it has been forever since I have uploaded anything, so here is the result of 5 hours of tracking and support work. I have taken special care to ensure that the track, station, supports, and 'feel' of the ride are as authentic as possible with RCT2. I that this is very very close to the real thing, and if you don't believe me you can take a look at dome of the videos/pics of this coaster. In RCT2 terms, the ride costs about $22,000 To build, and is a huge hit among the park guests, with a starting excitement rating of 7.92... and that's if the ride is built in an open field with nothing anywhere near it. When I put it in an actual park, it had an excitement of 8.36 with only the trees and paths. Overall, just like the real thing, it is a very satisfing ride for guests and carries a nice excitement rating and a high ride capacity. Another plus is the complete out-and-back layout that takes up virtually no space at all, and can easily fit into a corner along the fence without getting in the way of any other rides. By the way, if you ever get a chance to go out to Michigan, you should definitely ride this monster. It is a wonderfully intense and furious ride. Just like I like em'... fast and furious.
Shiwering Thimbers looks like a great ride, adn I would love to ride it. unfortunatly I live in Norway, so I doubt I will ride it in a long time.
Uppload save games. Also add more theming. This is way to sparse for a recreation. The coaster itself is pretty good, and pretty accurate as far as I can see. You also made a great job on the supports making the coaster looke like the real one. But you don't have eneough theming. You should have upploaded a save game, and added the terrain, and the que line and maybe the parking lot beside it. 5 hours of track work don't help when you don't theme the ride.
