I really like the esthetic from the first drop. I kinda missed that on Storm Chaser. Seeing those people dive down the drop should be nice. ^^

I like how they are keeping with the theme, but changing the name of an iconic ride like Rebel Yell, it just doesn't feel necessary. And Apple Zapple is a really ridiculous name. I appreciate what they're trying to do, but it comes across as unnecessary and hollow.

Racer 75 sounds more like a highway name. "Just take the Racer 75 to Kings Dominion." If I ever go there I'll just keep calling it 'Rebel Yell' as tho nothing has changed.

The first part of the ride looks like good fun. Up to the 2nd turnaround. That's where they lost momentum and started doing weird stuff because they try to keep it exciting. xD

Think Cedar Fair should be proud that they have the worst and best RMC coaster in their fleet.

Except Twisted Cyclone, NTG, IRAT, and Goliath all exist so CF might have the best but they certainly don't have the worst.

It's obviously going to warm up and ride faster. IMO, I think this looks very fast for an early test run.

Which isn't really saying much, given that even the "worst" RMCs are still better than the vast majority of other coasters in the world.
I, for one, welcome our new RMC overlords.

I am pretty sure that's what Maurer S??hne said to Universal over the big red bug.

Even if we give the customary performance percentages for break in, a lift operating at brisk pace, and a courtesy tail wind, you still can't find enough left over velocity in the back half of this ride to have a finally more exciting than your average dragon wagon. You see the downside to poly on steel is parasitic drag. The same reason every wooden coaster RMC has retrofitted has had to be adjusted by shortening, heightening, or boosting.

I will take my living breathing wooden coaster with it's steel wheels on steel rails over the cold heartless machines that RMC builds anyday. The problem with steel coasters is that if they are producing a bad experience it's because they were designed that way. See the big red bug.

Let's leave Six Flags out of this, I think we all know that they aren't capable of making good decisions. My first example is a Larson Super Loop called the Ring of Fire sponsored by Pepto Bismol. The one that they built as a marquee attraction on a multi year cap ex drought on dropping attendance numbers. Ironic given the amount of poop decisions produced by them.

I agree, this is not by any means in the same category as any of the rides Paradox mentions. It will kick the crap out of a Dragon Wagon any day even when both rides share similar finalies.
