So, do the brakes get installed on top of the track?
What are these for?

Looking at the latest picture looks like the side, I suppose to maintain the integrity of the track through those sections.

How fantastic, looks like something I'd make in FVD for fun, and insane air. I love how late to 90 degree bank in the element it gets, I'm so excited to ride these.

Do you guys know why there's a storage track that extends out of the storage area?

The open transfer track is so you can crane units on and off. It's much easier to do it with a portable crane at ground level outside the shop than try to use the traditional track hoist out the barn doors and down to ground level. Batman clones are good example of the later example as units have to be hosted up one frame at a time almost a full story.

Keep in mind that's the transfers/station area. Higher G force areas might be thicker.

Well the opening on March 3rd has obviously been delayed. The park hasn't stated when they hope to open the ride now.

Anyone seen a train go around it yet? I can't see certification taking that long to get for it (assuming Texas even bothers with that)

No, and I'm not sure they're ready yet. As of last (opening) weekend the station was not yet finished, so who knows if all of the track hardware is installed yet.
lmao I'm taking up vertical space

I was kinda hoping it was a dual (or multi?)-loading area.

It was confirmed that this ride would have a single moving station with a conveyor belt when it was announced.

I'm getting flashbacks to all the issues Maurer Sohne had with their HRRR.

They're gonna slow that down, I know it, but holy hell that's ridiculous...
Ok but how desperate you have to be to voluntarily fly from another country to go to Thorpe?

Longer testing video!

I won't be surprised if they add trims or different wheels to slow it down; That thing is FAST!
