That track looks weird... 
Maybe it'll be some kind of mini wing coaster where you sit next to the rails?
Also that straight section looks like a launch but there isn't any room for a launch mechanism inside the track... Looks like an interesting coaster!

The track reminds me of those helicopter rides found in kiddie areas.

The track looks like they designed it in NL and forgot to add any roll nodes
