Yes he is all the way. I don't think Rudy Giuliani deserves to run for what he did in the past as mean as he was. One time ago he didn't think the poor man deserves credit who help located one bad guy on the loose. Another time he let those police officers continue thier jobs after shooting down an innocent man.
