2013 Mitch Hawker Wooden Coaster Poll

Ballots are now being accepted for the 2013 wooden coaster poll. There wasn't a topic here last year and the number of submissions went down (coincidence?) so just make sure you submit this year as to diminish TPR bias.

For those of you who do not know, this poll involves people listing the coasters they have ridden in order from favorite to least favorite. It is split up into 2 parts: wood and steel. There are many ways to do it which are explained on the website. At the end, each coaster is put head-to-head and the winner is determined by the winning percentages of the coasters (also explained more in depth on website). It is the most reliable poll out there, especially when more people vote. Currently, only the wood poll is out, but the steel will be out after the wood finishes.

Please vote this year so that the results can be as accurate as possible.

I did my duty as an enthusiast and with my measly 7 woodies I've ridden (I can care less if a certain "expert's" young one has a more respectable wood coaster count than most Californians), I've ranked mine as follows:

Gold Striker (CGA)
Giant Dipper (SCBB
Ghost Rider (KBF)
Colossus (SFMM)
Apocalypse (SFMM...it's borderline with Grizzly, had a good ride in April, but ran horrible when I did West Coast Bash)
Grizzly (CGA)
Roar (SFDK - this ride has gotten very painful and running really slow as of lately)

I'm really curious as to see how Gold Striker ranks.

Here's my ballot, but I got lazy and just did the top10 and bottom5, the others are just divided into categories.

Due to the my trip to the US (TPR Texas MidWest plus personal addons) my top 10 saw a few new coasters:
Outlaw Run (3), Voyage (4), Legend (5), Raven (7), Hades 360 (8).

1-10 : Best of the World
20 : Fantastic
30 : Super
40 : Good
50 : Enjoyable
60 : Nothing special
70 : Just a credit
80 : Un-enjoyable
95-99 : Worst of the world

The results are in! Top 3 coasters were El Toro, T-Express, and Outlaw Run. I'm very happy to report that my local woodie, Gold Striker, ranked 13.
