3ds Max 2013 Texturing Issues PLEASE HELP!

I just got 3ds Max and am having issues when the .3ds file is imported into no limits. All my files come up blank and grey. There are no colors or textures. Anyone else have this issue or can resolve

No Limits won't recognize the colors or the bitmap images... They are just grey!

Have you copied the images into the No Limits object folder?

How many letters are in the file names of your texture images? I think it only supports 8. Are you applying your images using the uvw map modifier?

You still having this problem? I think that 3ds max 2013 has a problem with the .3ds import/export. I cant seem to export a .3ds and have the textures go with it. It shows up blank in No Limits. So I did some searching and found that there should be a product update 6 installed. Hopefully this fixes the problem. If it does I'll let you know.
