Im still very new to NL2, and am uploading some of my rides to youtube- The problem is, I don't have a good way of recording them. I have standard edition NL2, and when I use the in game recorder the video quality is horrible. However all of the coasters I see on youtube are nice, crisp and HD like- Im sure not everybody on youtube has Pro edition. I tried using Hypercam 2, but that messes up the colors and lags to insanity. Then I tried using expression encoder, which makes it look nice but alsolags. I also want to motion-blur the crossties for added realism. How can I achieve this and what setting should I use for AVI export?
It's been a long time

when recording in NL use the triple buffer. Also turn all of your settings to max while recording. this is what I do.

I wouldn't call standard version recording quality "horrible" unless it's at a resolution where the logo is fairly big compared to the screen. If you're worried about it, I'm sure some people use something like Fraps, Bandicam, MSI Afterburner, or something else, but unfortunately those record at the program's frame rate. I've tried slowing the sim down while recording the POV and then speeding it up in an editor, and that's a bit smoother than recording at the default speed, unless maybe it's a park that gives you ~3 fps at most.
I'm not sure how you can motion-blur the crossties without pro tho, but I'm sure some programs could do that.
For me, it's more about the ride experience than about the video quality, unless the frame rate is noticeably bad. I don't think 480p is as crappy as everyone is making it out to be.

Should I turn on full scene anti aliasing?

Also, what should aspect ratio be set to? Or should I leave it on auto
