Background Settings

Does anyone know how to change the setiings in RCT3 so that the background will look also be water if there is water at the edge? I was going to upload a pic, but it wont let me for some reason. Also, ive forgotten how to change the background of the park to like mountains or the city, etc... Kudos for your help.

It matters what map your making your park in, im pretty sure.
