What is the best Cedar Fair park? Vote for a park other than CP. List the best park besides CP if you think CP is the best.

duh, Cedar Point. If it was rated "The World's Best Amusement Park", than it's definitely the best Cedar Fair park also. (assuming there are no Cedar Fair parks on other planets...)

cedar point beats all of them with all of the amount of rides and roller coasters they have they beat out every park in the U.S. that is why the call it americas roller coast.

I voted Knott's cuz they're getting SB which looks to be just as good or better than Talon, and its near me, and its the only CP park I've been to. Anyways, six flags has just as many coasters as CP, only thing stopping them is crappier than crap service. It's crappy, guess they figure, "we have high security at the gates, so we don't need to attend to the rest of the park to make sure no one line hops, or junk."

Knott's is the best CF park IMO. Knott's really is great for a big park, though I still don't like it as much as traditional parks.

Yes, Knoebels and Holiday World are traditional parks. (Although Holiday World seems like its a newer park than most of them). Lakeside or Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk are good examples of VERY traditional parks.

Holiday World was the first "Theme" park in the US I believe, as in, having truely themed areas.

Indiana Beach I found to be very traditional as well. Pay per ride sessions, no season passes, just very traditional much like knoebels or the 2 you listed.

are you sure? I'm pretty sure Disney Land was the first, mostly because opening day of it doesn't make it sound much like a theme park.

Did you read the link I gave? It opened before Disneyland did.

There is dispute that some other pre-1900 parks may have been the first but its sketchy at best.

Knott's take the cake, although it's not as big as the chief park, CP, you gotta give it props for what it does have. For the most part, the themeing is pretty good, and they've kept it to the knott's tradition, except for the strict rules on rides, but overall, you gotta like it. And SB looks pretty freaking awsome, you gotta admit. I also would like to add that Dorney looks pretty sweet, I think Knott's and Dorney are the most appealing. If I had to chose between the Point of cedar and doom and The park of dorneness and doom, I'd choose that second one, mostly because they have 2 zero-homie g rolls, as the other only has one.
