I've always refered to the first drop as the drop. You wouldn't call Mavericks ejector hill a drop, you'd call it an airtime hill.

In that case, it's probably that I'm not an native English speaker.

I'm with you in that I'd consider a ride to have several drops and refer to the first as... the first drop. But then I'm not American and our languages do differ somewhat despite being the "same".

They are yes, pointing at the construction map so I guess that the coaster will also have something to do with "terraforming". Could be a really simple reason.

It could be terraforming but the guy is pointing out a straight section of clearance towards the drop. If they want clearance for a coaster they would normally point out an area or a curving line instead of a straight line. A straight section on a coaster / ride normally means hills, a launch or brakes.

The straight section is right after the drop so it's logical that it wouldn't be a launch. Normally you see a straight section of hills only on a big coaster and the clearance is one line (not several spots). It wouldn't be logical to make clearance for the top of each huge hill (I don't think it's possible for them to create several mountains so that the huge hills will be close to the ground). The most logical option would be that the clearance is meant for the brakes.

"The drop" would mean the first drop.

I've never heard anyone say "The drop" instead of "The first drop" for a ride that has multiple drops. If they are saying "The drop" instead of "The first drop" I think that there's a reason for it. Maybe the only reason is because they don't want it to be too obvious that it's a coaster or maybe it's because it will get a droptrack (although it wouldn't be logical to have a straight section of clearance after the droptrack). But I just think the reason for saying "The drop" is that it only would have just one drop.

You might be reading too much into this video... lol

I rather find Herman's thoughts awesome! Bravo for his imagination! :D

I am still going with a new coaster...

Image

Site location map thats a pretty big space... hmm

what if it was the new RMC T-Rex type coaster? I could see Busch Gardens getting something like that... plus it would make sense to hype it this far in advance...

"Senior get-it-done guy". Great job title lol.

It says on the left "all to be placed underground". I would normally assume that is for utilities, however these are obviously fake as hell blueprints so perhaps that means something.

Still going with fake plans. Busch loves to tease with absurd plans and such.

I'm gonna stick with my prediction that it's gonna be a Cobra's Curse like ride.

This doesn't have to include a coaster I would be happy if we saw something happen with the old Drachan fire plot and that woods behind it.

Hmmm measuring the log flume. Maybe they're planning on another water ride? Wouldn't surprise me if they pulled a CP and took out an old flume, replacing it with a new one.

Based on what is in the videos so far, I'm definitely thinking this is a family coaster. BGW doesn't really have a good family coaster yet, so that would be a good fit for the park, plus they just got a thrill ride last year. As for what type of family coaster, I could see either a ride like Cobra's Curse or, if Le Scoot is taken as a clue, perhaps a Mack Water Coaster.

I'd love to see one of those mini Gravity Group family coasters like Wooden Warrior or Timber go here. It would fill the need for a good family coaster and a wooden coaster.

I personally wish to see the customized "Flying Turns" that goes well with the good tradition BGW has made so far. Measuring that "Log Flume" course (maybe including curves - not shown in the video) means that they want to make way for more wider turns.

:)

Is the drawing a piece of paper below the magical vanilla envelope a drawing of that atom sculpture in Germany?

Still guessing it's going to be some sort of big coaster. Some have suggested a family coaster, but I don't think they'd be hyping it up this much if it wasn't a thrill ride.

Well the license plate is Germany. I wonder. Probably related to Verbolten. Still nothing in Drachen Fire's Location. I am still hoping for a Spain Section.
