Vertical Coaster is the newest B&M Floorless Diving Machine to operate in Chimelong Paradise this 2008 season, with what is considered to be the most creative possible name. Ever made.

It's 196 feet tall, with the common first vertical drop into an immelman. Reaches max speeds of 69 m.p.h. With only few pictures floating around and no real press releases, it's not confirmed that the immelman standing now will be the only inversion on the roller coaster.

I believe it has a figure 8 ending, splashdown, and the immelman is the only inversion but I'm not 100% on that. All of the Chimelong parks (there is more than one) seemed to have gotten a coaster with a water element this year. The others got Mack water coasters.

Hold up you guys, it's the world's longest inverted coaster.

I'm guessing that it didn't translate well.

It's assumed this coaster will open in early 2008 as part of the Chinese New Year celebration which will be February 7th in 2008...

assumed it will be open for feb. 7th, meaning it couldve opened later than the 7th, meaning it is running ahead of shedule, not behind, or on.
