Why doesn't coaster crazy do tours like rent a bus and travel to random parks each year like thrill coasters or tpr it would be a great way for the site to make money plus fans of the site to meet up and travel around to get coaster credits it doesnt have to be alot of parks it could be 2-5 each year

we would more than likely lose money, so it's not happening.

The actual people able to join a trip wouldn't be more than about 10 people. Also bus/driver rental, hotels costs, themepark entry fee, etc would add up with such a cost that it wouldn't be efficient or let alone make a small profit for the site.
The closest we currently get would be on doing meetups and perhaps the staff could arrange some small extras as a bonus.

Or come to my house and smoke lots of paper, wood and grass! Plus swing on my huge swingset and use my two ziplines.

Nail on head. If the UK CC meet up grows a little it might be worth expending some effort into these things.

We've done internal calculations on this and it just doesn't work out. At one point, we considered buying our own bus to save costs in the long run. However, our site user demographic isn't regionally clustered to be able to pull this off with success (meaning making some profit after costs). Also, we have a different wealth demographic than other websites. Which we're hoping to improve and bring stuff like this down the road. It's just not happening at the moment.

Listen, if anyone wants to do an ERT session at Six Flags Great Adventure, you can. It just costs $1000 per ride per hour, and you can't do Ka or Zu.

So if we could get enough people pitching in for that, I'd contact Great Adventure about it.

I believe it's for each coaster. There are obvious reasons why you can't use it on Ka, the same reason there has never been Kingda Ka ERT

I definitely like the concept. ERT is something you can't pass up, especially on El Toro. I went to the National Roller Coaster Day ERT event and got 4 rides in without getting up, and I could have gotten like or 5 more if I didn't move on. ERT rules
It's been a long time

The reason there isn't ERT on Kingda Ka is because it would be broken down for at least 40-50 minutes of the hour.
