Difference's

What are the main differences b/w URCD and URDC, I came across URCD the other day for 7 so I ended up buying it. And as for as the Mod coasters once you install the MOd programs can you still d/l the regular tracks for URCD and still run them or you are pretty much stuck just running the mod Tracks?
