When the car takes off check out the fire marks, they look very similar to a certain companies track style. Just saying. Could be coincidence since the tires obviously leave marks like that, but since it's not just regular old tire marks, I think it means something.

I'm telling you guys right now, It's a launched RMC. That is my guess. I'm not changing it. Here's the video I was talking about uploaded to the channel. They've been saying they've wanted to do it, I think the time has finally come. Launched Woodies.

If it is an RMC we know that they start construction earlier than other companies. I guess we'll be seeing progress about june, even if they won't officially announce it until august
What are these for?

I'm so excited. I honestly cannot wait to see what they come up with.

At least we know they've got theming and making the ride awesome covered.

I kinda want some sort of hyper going in there.

I would prefer a long RMC like wildfire, then a shorter launched woddie with the layout of Goliath(RMC), if its launched, i doubt it will be a long coaster.
How much space does dollywood have?

Only a choice few people (Me included) even considered that Holiday World was getting a launched B&M Wingrider, but against all odds it happened. I dont see how a launched RMC isn't possible! As stated above, I hope it isnt short since most launched rides tend to be short. Also, the ride will most certainly be properly themed. I can't wait to see what they will do! Im also locking my prediction in; Launched RMC

That would only be a move from Six Flags. Then again, it's not even a coaster.

I'd rather have an amazing short coaster than a MEH long one though. I just hope the next RMC where/whatever it is has more than stalls, overbanks, and heartlines.

Can't find an overhead of Dollywood's owned land, but they have a good deal of land that's still undeveloped as well as a HUGE turn around in their steam train route big enough to add another themed land.

Also as for the ride I'll toss my chips on an intamin rocket. Dollywood thinks outside the box but I think they got burned hard enough on concept rides with Timber Tower that they wouldn't want the concept wooden launch coaster.

Either way I'm calling Gravity Group for the launched woodie concept.

I will throw my hat in the ring and say launched terrain B&M speed coaster. Although it would be nice to see Intamin with a domestic coaster project, I kind of doubt it.

Joel Manby already has a good relationship with RMC, so... I think it's more than likely an RMC coming to Dollywood

I just think it's not likely to be wooden, but only time will tell. Maybe we could see a steel coaster from RMC.

Dollywood and SDC are operated by the same company.

I think RMC is a huge possibility because of Outlaw Run's popularity.

They already have 2 Gerstlauer's so I don't think they will go with them again.

The park really needs another wooden coaster in addition to Thunderhead.

A good park like Dollywood probably won't be redundant in adding 3 Gerstlaurs in one park. They built an RMC in SDC already, so I don't see why they can't put one in Dollywood.

ALT Posted Dollywood's Media Event showcasing a video that listed DW's accomplishments. My only problem is this:

That is not River Rush... That's the Wildebeest at Holiday World...

How can they mess up their own video?
