Error Uploading pics

This problem is occured when uploading pics into forum

and it's not always occur

Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'

Operation not Allowed

yeah, I've seen this error and it happens every once in a while. I'm not sure what causes it though so its hard to pinpoint the problem. Even though it gives us the line the error its on, its just the execution command. I'll do more testing to see if I can reproduceit.
