I'm not going to do something dull like Coasterkidmwm and just show you the launch of this thing, I'll show you some real pictures:

We are going to imagine today. Pretend that this has the Gerstlauer Launching trains.

I am striving for something like Anibus where the layout makes you feel like the ride is unstable.

Here is the tophat:

Here is a picture of a bank that has laterals that force you to the ground and it makes you feel unstable IMO

Here is the loop where you nearly get airtime coming over the top. Very similar to what Gerstlauer does:

This roll does get airtime so it isn't technically a 0-g roll:

Ugh, this is a terrible ending...[:)] I have here an airtime transition at the end:

I will be looking for testers so if you are experienced enough, you can suggest a test (That Rhymes!)

If you have suggestions, tell them now while I haven't started the supports yet. (It would be hard to change anything because I used Newton 2)

Thanks

This looks really good! If only NoLimits had the Gerstlauer launching trains...

The loop should be more circular. I'm not sure if it's just the angle, but it looks a bit teardrop-shaped.

Everything else looks good, I can't wait to see some more screens.

There is a cool way to compare. The sun at the same angle in both pics! haha.

Does that look better? It might also be if the screen is a little stretched, which is why I may need testers.

My problem would be trying to fix it because It is done in newton...

1 Don't use your captions to positively critique yourself.

My final picture shows an excellent finish to the ride with a fun transition w/ airtime:

2 The picture you used to compare the two loops is a great way to compare them! If you'll notice, yours doesn't look very much like it should.

3 The layout actually is a cool idea. I like a short simple ride that brings together a lot of the great attributes that a company designs in their rides, good luck on the rest.

Is that sarcasm?

Well, I don't know how I could fix the loop; I'm terrible at hand building and newton is a killer to change, especially if it is the third element.

I'll try hand building but I don't expect it to work...

Edit: GerstlCrazy, I fixed the comment for you [lol]

Thank you everybody for the help so far!

I think the loop looks fine, it reminded me of spongebob right away.

^Actually, I think it is somewhat hard to tell. I'm going both ways so I don't know if I'm going to stick with it or not.

If you want to test, just PM me from now on. You can post your suggestions here afterwords, just don't clog up this topic with:

-Oh, I want to test!
-I'll test!
-I guess I'll test
-Sure I'll test!

or

-I WANT TO TEST!

If you already did, that is not a problem, but I won't let you test if you do it from now on. I will give you credit when I upload if you test (If I get to it).

I hate your banked hill thing and the loop needs a fixin', otherwise bravo and don't F up the supports.

No, it wasn't. The picture compared those two loops very well, only you probably didn't mean to prove that the loops looked far from similar.

Spongebob's is definitely more circular and more Gerstlauer. I believe all he needs to do to his loop is raise his highest point to some degree. It just looks odd. Flattened a tad at the top.

Update:

I'm going to try to keep the same layout but redo the ride, so it will take longer than expected... Sorry, but the testers will have to wait even longer...

How is the loop so far?

I think it looks too narrow but a little more and I get a pump.

So I felt that this would be a better picture to compare to.

Here is my loop. The problem was that the resolution was wrong for No Limits.

Now I can prove to coasterpimp that I get 100 fps!

I think that this is the best I'm going to get.

What I did differently the second time was use a Quartic transition instead of sextic.

It's kind of hard to tell without the lead out, but I liked it better before.

I can't find a good angle of spongebob's loop (only euro-fighter I've been on), but it is essentially a 320+ but a little better because of the space it's in.
