Hersheypark in RCT3?

I've been looking back at some of the Soaked videos and screens and I've noticed a couple things having to do with Hersheypark in Penn.

1)In one of the gameplay videos at gamespot you can see Hersheypark's Storm Runner in the background.

2)I saw one screen where there was a girl wearing a shirt that said "Hershey" on the front.

I'm not exactly sure if the park will be in the game but it seems as if some elements may be taken out from the park to be used in the game.Just tell what you think about this.
