Holiday World posted this video on YouTube earlier today teasing their 2016 addition. Sounds like they might be adding a tunnel and/or another new element on The Legend or The Voyage to me.

Hmmmm GG did contact HW a while back and asked them about an inversion on Voyage.

^ Oh what "track element" would get an inversion if they did convert "The Voyage" into a looping woodie? The first part or the latter part of the course? That must be IMO really cool!

I would wonder about RMC Legend but I think they would have announced it already and began work on it. Same thing with an inversion on Voyage. Maybe it's not necessarily a new track element?

Maybe.......Just Maybe............Santa could bring Legend a re-tracking, inversion, and possibly new cars. I say this mainly because in almost all of the scenes shown, the Legend is referenced in the background of the office, and in the shop it looks to be maybe scrapped for parts or if they're rebuilding the trains. Interesting to wait till January for an announcement. :geek:

I was assuming it would end up where the S turn is at the very end of the ride.

Just make one of Voyage's giant camelbacks a zero-G roll. They don't provide any airtime anyways.

^...what? You are either being *completely* sarcastic or you were as lit as Thomas The Tank Engine is in your avatar when you rode Voyage because those giant airhills provide impeccable floater airtime just like any of the most mathematically perfectly parabolic B&M camelback hills.

I guess floater airtime means very little airtime.

Also, it's not Thomas the Tank Engine, it's Jim Reid the Dank Engine.

B&M hills have floater but most of the time it's very little. Take Nitro for example, the hills looks very good, but the floater is okay at best.

Only ridden Shambhala but can confirm that back seat is literally weightless hills throughout.

I've ridden quite a few B&M megas and I would agree that Nitro's hills are somewhat lacking. And, XLR8R, I'm not trying to pick on you, but floater airtime does not mean "very little" airtime, it means the airtime exists, period. Airtime means any time you would be lifted into the air provided you had an inch or two between you and the harness. That is any amount less than 0.0 vertical G's into the negative range. And Voyage definitely has that and then some on every hill.

BACK ON TOPICcccccc. Corkscrews tunnels wood Legend Voyage???? :?: :?: :?:

I'm up for this. Perhaps even turn it into a double zero g roll. Worlds only double zero g roll on a woodie~!

I'd be completely down for Legend receiving a zero-G roll as well as a lot of re-track. Voyage this year is quite smooth, and really does not need much treatment (If only they would stop trimming the ride in the MCBR, which neuters the entire second half of the ride).

Thanks for the knowledge, I clearly did not know that. :P

I'm curious as to how you define an "ejector" airtime. Like 3 or 4 inches between the rider and the harness?

The difference between ejector air and floater air is literally the amount of force. The inches between the harness and rider is just a visual indicator that you've been lifted out your seat!

I love it when "adults" try to enforce their arbitrary definitions that only suit them and then conclude it with "BACK ON TOPIC" to ensure they get the last word in and nobody else does.
