How do u put pic in this

I was wondering how do u put picture in this thing and wut should i do

When you're in the post screen, if the picture is on your computer then click the "Insert Image File" paperclip in the top right of the post window. Then you can browse for the photo if your browser supports that. Otherwise I'm not really sure what to do.
