whatthe hell... it's not a computer, it's a synth... 12 of the nicest creamyest analog vcos a grip of lfo's with those matrix patchbays and those filters ..geez man, OF COURSE it'll make music... obviously the closest to electronic music you've ever gotten is that crap you wanna play on those turntables[:O][:O] good choice though,i have a technics here at home that i play my records on... there probabaly the best you can get your hands on unless you want to get into the good shiz, which i can't afford right now...

yep... there is ABSOLUTELY NO software, even the most expensive emulator known to humankind that can truly , faithfully reproduce the sound of an ems modular.. NOTHING!!!!!! in fact i dare your reason, logic or acid (let alone cheap crap that can be downloaded ) to sound like my odyssey or my sh1000, or even my juno 106 hell.. even my poly 800 2 ... NOTHING beats a true , subtractive , analog synth... and when it comes to these this is the holiest of holiest grails, with the exception MAYBE of a tonus inc.arp 2500 or a moog modular, and i'd take this over either....

yes, but i do like that vocoder, and it'll fit my budget and my home much easier.. in fact the reason i took mine back the day after i got it is because i accidently stumbled on a juno 106 within 24 hours of purchase.. since then the ms 2000r has dropped drastically in price, and the roland continues to rise...
