I think people would stop telling you how much they don't care about that ride if you would stop bringing it up ALL the time. It's too much.

CK is the one that brings it up in EVERY thread.......

Dude! Nobody cares about your opinion on random rides at a random park. Please stop forcing them on everyone else. Chances are people will walk away with a lesser opinion of those rides because of your actions.

Personally on an opinion not from here but simply from the povs and personal experience, I think the helix on AE looks boring and very drawn out, but if you like it good for you. I've only been on stand up and with a 4 hour drive right after I regreted it, and I've never ridden it but i think raging bull is cool because it has a different laout than other B&M hypers, which makes it more unique.

Iron Wolf actually looks cool, but I've always thought that. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like all of the sudden you loved Iron Wolf ever since they announced it would be removed. Because all of the other times people would be like "meh, Iron Wolf" and now they're like "OMG Iron Wolf LONG LIVE THE LEGEND!!1!" just because it was getting removed.

What difference came about to make it better? lol I never understand that with people. But whatevs.

BTW I still think AmEagle looks meh.

I have always liked Iron Wolf. I agree, people seem to like it all of a sudden just because it's leaving.....

Ridden American Eagle - backwards - Helix isn't that great.

Definitely NOT better than BTR. And I prefer wooden coasters but its just...its fun but its not great. I feel had I ridden it forwards it would have been even more lame-rican.

Its ok if you love the ride, that's fine. But its probably going to be against the public opinion to feel that way and that's alright as well. Just don't try to convert everyone when there's CLEARLY better rides in the park, lol ;)

Actually, forwards is WAY better than backwards, since you can really feel the speed. PLEASE don't judge the ride based on the backwards version..... Red side forward with no trims is killer.

We all have our favorite rides, and that is ok, but, what gets annoying is when you bring up AE every chance you get. Don't act like you have no idea what I am talking about because there are plenty of threads about other rides and topics in which you find a way to throw in AE. People wouldn't give you such a hard time about it if you would just realize that not everyone is as passionate about it as you are. As far as this topic is concerned, I have always been jealous that SFGA got a much better looking stand-up from B&M than the CA counterpart. Vortex is fun, but, Iron Wolf looks so much better, and now, its moving even further from my home state. I wish there was a dislike button because I will probably never visit SFA especially since they have removed Skull Mountain.

You mean the red side of the Lame-erican Eagle "wasn't going fast enough to warrant the use of trims" right?

I'm starting to just think that Jonny is the one screwing with us. I'm certain nobody could actually be so infatuated with such a mediocre ride.

Oh so 5mph is going to make a difference? I will judge it based on going backwards and forwards because we also rode it forwards but the forwards way was far less exciting than backwards. Why even mention the forwards version?

Its fun. Rollercoasters are fun. But its barely exciting.

Normally I wouldn't really bother but I don't understand why its here. I live in northern Illinois, Woodstock to be exact. I was under the assumption that they were going to the New England area, I'm west of Gurnee.
