That actually looks more intens then the Taron testing video to me :p. Caused by the camera angles.
I`m a big fan of Raik`s wheelcaps.

According to this post which contains an official press release, Taron won't be the fastest multi launch coaster in Europe.... But it will be the fastest in the world! :D

Edit: I almost read over it but according to the press release it will also have the world's most intensive LSM launch! :D

Is that counting Maverick? 70 mph in that compact an area will be insane.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

maverick only has one launch in addition to the lift hill.....he clearly stated multi-launches in his post.

Maverick's got two launches, one just happens to be slow and slanted upwards =P
Ok but how desperate you have to be to voluntarily fly from another country to go to Thorpe?

Depends on your definition of a launch. Mavericks lift hill is indeed the same system as its launch, but it functions as a lift hill.
All hail your great Arrow Dynamics overlords.

If this turns out to be more intense than Maverick that will be insane.

Does anyone know what the current most forceful launch LSM is? I'm under the impression that its currently Fluch von Novgorod at 2G's, but if Taron will be more forceful than that..... WOW.

There's no way in hell this thing will be over 70mph, so that is just a blatant lie on their part if that's what they have said.

Is it even faster than the most obvious multi-launch contender?

It is already faster than Helix which was the fastest multi launch in Europe, but they have been testing it faster and I guess they realized they can make it the fastest in the world.

Phantasialand released a youtube video in which they also mention the 6 world records and show the reactions of guests who were invited to see Klugheim (sadly Klugheim itself isn't visible in the video):

So it seems that they haven't made a mistake when they said the fastest multi launch coaster in the world and the most intense LSM launch.
If anyone is wondering what the four other world records are, Taron is also the longest multi launch coaster in the world and has the most crossings and Raik is the longest and fastest junior boomerang in the world.

Kingda Ka is also a multi-launch when it rolls back. 130 mph confirmed.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.
