+1000000000 for the last like 5 posts.

It's true deere. Not to be negative, but I have no idea how you will tolerate being able to build in a park like this. It will be hard enough to build rather than ride.

Well lets do this we he break each part up in to sections and each park will have 3 or 2 roller coasters and 1 or 2 wooded coaster and we need people to do the scenery and 3D building to but we will find that person or group of people and if you dived 27 dived by 3 is 9 so 9 parks and flat rides we put 2 in every park so dived 10 to 2 and that is 5 so 5 parks will get 2 flat rides and 3 parks get drop towers that wasn't so hard
its my birthday

^Hold up a second. You're alive?! (Nice avatar by the way :D )

Also, I agree. I thought this wouldn't work, but I think we should give him a shot and let him do what he wants

I'm cool with idea, I'm just still very confused with the dividing up of the park.

Let me clarify. I think it is a great idea for the park! I was just confused about the splitting of the park. No nagging intended haha

Welcome back. Thought that you died, but I guess not. Anyways, I agree with you, if he wants to try the idea, then let the idea do its work.

I will tell you this is what I know. my Valleyfair recreation is pretty far along now and I have 8 coasters as well as support scenery and MANY 3ds and I can get down to as low as 6 fps. now I still have a long way to go and the FPS will go down as I progress. if you make a park with more than that it will surely get even worse, I don't understand how you could even think anything else would happen.

So,.. Ladys and Gentlemen.
Didn??????t find any pictures so i only can imagine the mess of steel in this park.
deere839 ask me if i can help out.

Seriously, 27 coaster, 2 water rides, a bunch of flatrides AND scenery won??????t work on the systems today. IF you plan to make it available for everyone even the laptop workstations ;) Even with a hyper worm hole optimization.

To split the park into small ones is one solution. It also give the possibility to work on seperate pieces from time to time, which is a good thing.
Personally, i??????m not a great fan of this. I didn??????t liked it neither in my RCT3 career where this technique was used for bigger parks, like Disneyland etc.

In my opinion, you could concentrate on ONE aspect of the park. So if it is called Thrill Zone USA, it should deliver this Thrill very well.
A fine selection of unique coaster and attraction would be nice also you have already the design for all the scenery stuff.. it shouldn??????t be look like western... or themed like disneyland.. it should give the feel of speed and excitement. Modern architecture or similar to real things, like racing.. skydiving,.. bungee jumping and such things. It??????s all already there. That??????s my opinion. It??????s not done with 100 of coasters which are only different in theire style.

If you have done a selection of types, you want in that park, think of unique ideas.. what could make this ride different from all others! How could you present this ride to the guests and how could you embding this ride into the scenery/park.

I recommand to have maximal 4 coaster in that park. maybe 8 flatrides and one water ride.
If you put the flatrides in, make sure the flats are okay and well optimized. Maybe it??????s a good idea to make them simple and not too detailed, or detailed and with a lot of clipping and LOD??????s.

But: As larger the project is... so much more you have to think about every single polygon and count of objects.

In my opinion, clear the area, sit down and relax and think about the idea to have a compact but well working park =)

I hope that will help you to getting started! =)

@deer. Select the largest coasters-The Intamin Woodie,The RMC,I385 and The Large B&M rides and the Wingrider separately It will save space and bytes.

Yeah.. 27 coasters in one park will not give more than 1-FPS on even the most powerful computers.. Even if you dont add scenery, supports, or any other object besides the coasters themselves, it will still barely operate on any system. I recommend splitting the park into multiple NL2 Packages and working with each individual section. I would rather have awesomely themed rides in a big park than no rides at all.
