No limits track packager

I need help downloading the no limits track packager. Every time I go to gravimetricstudios.com and click on track packager it gives me some stupid shopping site. can anyone help me or better yet just email it to me.

you'll need both of these things.

You do not really need the patch, but you do need the first.

Off-topic, but WWS, how do you attach items (under the /users/wws/ area) like that? Is that only for mods and admins to do?
