I decided not to buy so I can wait for the Second generation i7 extreme processors to come out in January.

And also, I am not a spoiled brat. I would of bought the card with my own money in my savings account.

If youre talking about the Ivy Bridge processors...they wont cost much. Just like SandyBridge is an insane amount of performance for price, this new chipset will destroy its previous version (the sandybridge) in both power and price. Heck, its supposed to be twice as powerful as the SB but run on nearly half the power...and this is only stage 1 of 5. Ivybridge is only the tip of the iceberg.

I may still buy a sandybridge....even the i5 will do everything I need plus some. But well see. by the time Im ready to upgrade i may be able to buy the X79s. That whole 3d infrastructure of the chip is mind boggling but going to be so awesome.

I drive an Alero. There. On topic.

However, I put more time driving this than my own car

Star Mazda in iRacing. Part of Raw Talent Racing. Skin I came up with for the team. I probably know this car as well as I know my own. Sad...but my car is so much less fun than this, haha. (Maybe if I could drive it as aggressively Id change my mind but it would probably break within 10minutes of that)

I would buy a Sandy bridge Now, But After I heard that the X79 will support Quad Channel DDR3... I had to re-think My decision. I think I can wait 6 months for that :D

It doesn't take much processing power to drive a remote control car.

This was the chosen replacement for my 2001 F250. Its faster, more nimble, and despite is ugly head light arrangement, has been an excellent motor.

From dictionary.com

met?????????a?????????phor#8194; #8194;
[met-uh-fawr, -fer]
?????????noun
1. a figure of speech in which a term or phrase is applied to something to which it is not literally applicable in order to suggest a resemblance, as in ?????????A mighty fortress is our god.????????? Compare mixed metaphor, simile ( def. 1 ) .

2. something used, or regarded as being used, to represent something else; emblem; symbol.

Care to explain how that was a metaphor in any way, shape, or form?

I thought about getting a new one, but they are like 700lbs heavier then then the 03 model I have but they have the same horse power. When ford allows the eco boost v6 in an Escape, then I will buy one.

Unfortunately I've read they're killing the Ranger in favor of the Expedition with a pickup bed option. I think that's kind of shitty but oh well :(

^ So thats the F150? Unless you mean the Explorer Sport Track which is an Explorer with a bed on the back. I am more inclined to this this because the Explorer is built on the Ranger frame.

But then you'll find a problem with that and be like "Uhhhh I'll wait for the next one."

^I took that as "the processors in the cars are really pretty weak." I don't think he was implying that the actual act of driving a remote control car is easy.

I mean they're killing the Ranger so more people will buy the Explorer Sport Track. This has nothing to do with the F150.

Perhaps the Explorer Sport Track will be expanded to become basically the same thing and the current Ranger, I just don't like how people get locked into this bullshit where you have to have a truck cab meant for more than two people and the concept of a "small truck" seems to be dead in favor of the tiny penis V900000 trucks. I understand some people actually NEED a gigantic truck but I feel like only 1/4 of the gigantic trucks sold actually end up seeing real work.

You are most likely right. I love seeing someone driving one of those said monster trucks and theres not a scratch on it. Lift kit, exhaust, etc. The bed has a liner but its perfect and the paint has no effects of wear and tear.

So whats the lift kit for? To drive over your amazingly massive ego? And the exhaust? So others cant hear how conceited you are? Oh, ok. I get it now.

4'11" accountants need compensation Real.

My absolute favorite is the people with ridiculous 4x4 trucks in the rough, intense, and mountainous terrain of Illi-snore-ois.

I mean seriously there is NO reason for that unless you're a farmer and you need the giant rear axle fr weight distribution while towing over mud. Absolutely no reason. NONE.

^My truck has a lift kit, big tires, and all that jazz but unlike the majority of people (as you both pointed out) it is a work truck. I work in construction so it comes in great use. In the town where I live though, it seems that there is an ongoing battle of the bigger dick because the trucks are getting bigger and more needlessly customized (pass a truck the other day that had scissor doors.) luckly I pretty close to selling mine and getting this
