Blank terraformed templates?

Anybody know if/where are blank terraformed templates to build parks of off? Terraforming the land is probably one of my worst abilities and I really just enjoy building a park from scratch on land that is creative and hilly.

for rct2: create an quick scenario so you can build with no problems

for rct3: Build on the sandbox

it's not so hard to create a quick hilly terrain. Maybe 1 hour and save it. Then you have tons of fun with that simple terrain...
