Desperado is built by Arrow, but i am assuming you mean coasters that have over 4g's. I think the space shuttle would be a rougher ride though, and as you said space shuttle launches are maintained at 3 gs for several minutes, which i heard is not pleasureable in the least bit. I know what i'd rather be riding
Desperado is a pretty fun ride and I can say that the bottom of the drop is pretty forceful. The helix gets some good positive g's too. If you're ever out on I-15 and have nothing to do you might take a ride on it.
The only thing about Desperado I didn't like is that you have to walk through a smoky casino to get to the station and the ticket is $7 a pop.

Thats strange if you find high g force to be uncomfortable. If you can live through it no pain or uncomfort should be inflicted at all.
