It hurts, but people have to move on. Theres nothing we can do to fix it, and nothing will bring them back. Just move on. Everytime I hear teary eyed commercials about how horrible the hurricanes are I change channels cause I realize that people have lost loved ones and their enitre lives, I've lost family too but they need to get over it and stop rubbing it in our faces.

As always that day touches a sensitive nerve. I can't possibly imagine what the children of those lost lives are like now. Unfortunatly the fact that September 11th and Hurrican Katrina happened and have now since occured 4 years for 9/11 and over a month for Katrina simply does not mean to just forget about all that happened and live life. Pearl Harbor enraged a nation much like 9/11, but every December 7th there is at least a segment on all American news shows about it. The fact that Katrina happened won't become a footnote of history until most is rebuilt. Showing the world what has happened to their home that is now spread across the state is HARDLY "rubbing it in our faces." How the hell is that considered rubbing it in our face?

Cause I know It happened, and believe me I do feel deep sorrow for the losses but when we're constantly reminded over and over again it gets annoying.

well, to be true. It was a really nice created flash animation. Something what i'd can't make. Also from the creator it was probably his way of showing how sad 9/11 was...

It was a sad day. But you've got to leave the past in the past.

what about the 100k plus who died in the tsunami and over 35,000 who have died in the pakistani earthquake. 911 was pale compared to them, though you really can't compare nature's disasters to human mass murder but well, like them, people were at the wrong place at the wrong time.

It is a harsh fact of life that disaters like these are going to occur. The only thing people can do is try to move on and heal from them.
