There's the list of keyboard shortcuts in the game. Anyways, the key for it is shift-ctrl-F11, I think. I'm not so sure because it was a stupid key combination, I just switched it to F11 only.

actualy i think that its ctrl-shilt-f11 all at the same time but if you have fraps just hit f9
