That is way to much for a B&M Hyper IMO. I wouldnt go over the -1.5 set for the Tourny and I still think its a bit high.
Ever been on one? They (most) dont have seatbelts and while they are very secure and extremely comfy, I dont see anything from -1.4 on up being exactly safe. Chances of ejection are very slim but it just doesnt seem right. You only need around -1 with a tight radius to make the patrons feel like they are definatly coming out.
Most of the airtime on my ride is from -0.5 to -1 with a few pops over that but not too many. Plus its more about the transitions and radii than the airtime itself.
