12-30-07: Day 3: Parque de Attractionnes de Madrid

Yeah, another day for me at this fun park. The entrance gates were damn crowded, so i knew this day was going to have some longer queuelines. But eventually they stayed the same... tarantula an extra car, abismo all seats available.

When walking into the park i saw people on the big splash boats! OMG, it's about 15 degrees outside, in the winter... waterride opened... And actually Spanish fools on the ride!?!!? o_O



The day started already good with my very first ride on Abismo. After the ride, all restraints opened except mine one. I didn't care though, i can ride it all day without a problem... After some tries to open it, they took the battery and opened it manually. Darn, No ERT.

After that suddenly the tarantula opened right in front of me. So i took the advantage and took the very first ride of the day on tarantula. Yaay! It was fun! imo the car get's unlocked a bit too soon, but the ride has it's fun moments. I keep loving the part after the drop under that small tunnel.

After the ride the queue suddenly was damn long So i went taking some pictures with a standard. Well, that ended up wrong when i wanted to shoot a picture of tornado. It fell right into a pool of water with the right size of the camera itself It was all soaked, i tried to dry it but didn't work anymore all day long. Back In the room we have put a blowdryer right onto the camera and now it fairly works again... Only some usefull options suddenly disappeared and now i'm stuck with the most lame option from the cam, that it's allready on max digital zoom. And i can't change it! Argh...

They have build the ride around me, yes... there is a huge statue of me in the park...

The rest of the day i'd rode some rides. Got more onrides:
- Tarantula, onride video... 3 cute girls, 1 screaming one
- Abismo, full backseat, backwards, sideways, and night front! (I sneaked my vid cam this time on the ride )
- Tornado, front seat [:)]
