rct cometition?

Hey all! I was wondering why there arent any rct cometitions anymore? I know the main reason is probably because nl is like a manopoly <sorry, my spelling is aweful!>. But Ill co host one if anyone is interested. just pm me if youd like to do it! ttyl.

I thik the point is that no-one is interested in RCT. And NL is just way cooler!

1.6 has me liking the No limits editor so yeah im going have to agree that it is much better

if a contest is gonna be about RCT3 then i am all for it man...start it up

Yo definitely host a contest. I'm all for it if for RCT2 or RCT3, but i suck at RCT3. I didn't buy NL because I don't like internet shopping. (i'm just paranoid that whoever accepts the money for NL will steal my creditcard number, make illegal purchases) This will probably not happen, but...there you have it. I don't play NL.

If its in RCT2, I will definitely be in it, but RCT3, I got it, but RCT2 is WAY better.

I'm down for an RCT2 contest. Like a 50x50 or something small like that would be legit.

Can you keep it RCT-3? RCT-2 is good, but with all the custom scenery advaileble for RCT-3 these days RCT-3 is WAY better than 2!

SWEET! lol. I would probably host a competition for rct3, since I lost rct2 lol. But If someone like SFF, or WWS could pm me telling me what the rules are, and some guidelines, then Ill design one. But it may take a few weeks...but things might turn around.

I vote for RCT2.

RCT2. Rct3 will end up being 10 nubs, all of whom will not submit a finished park. RCT2 on the other hand would likely bring a fair amount of entries, and some could definitely be quality. Perhaps I could even convince some of the guys from NE to participate in it.

Well what if I do two seperate catagories: one for rct2, and the other for rct3? Ill need someone to cohost, as I lost my rct2 disk. Also, the only reason I need help is with the points, like how di I award them and such. Thanks you for you positive feed back btw!

I like the idea of an rct contest I think that it should be an rct3 contest becuse rct3 is better than rct2 becuse of the scenery in rct3 like the custom supports and the extend coaster with the dive loops and the incine loops you don'nt have that in rct2 but you have it in rct3 so I hope that it is an rct3 contest like a park contest or a receraction contest I don'nt play rct2 anymore or rct1 I like rct3 better and I don'nt play it everyday I sometimes play nascar 07 on the playstaion2 I like rct3 better than rct2 becuse of the scenery and the coasters are more realistic then rct2 so I hope that it is an rct3 contest I won't join it becuse I can'nt design anything in rct3 but I whould like to see an rct3 contest with a park contest or a receraction contest. I think that nl is cool but I think that there should be a contest for rct3 becuse alot of people like rct3 but not alot of the members here on the forms don'nt play rct3 anymore so I whould like to see a rct3 contest good luck to all that enter the contest I think that we need a rct3 contest becuse most of the contest on this site are nl and not rct3 so I hope that there will be an rct3 contest.

^^^ yo chris for the point there is wws and sff, they could handle that part... and if you want i could help you out with the rct2 part, i have a disk but its cracked and i am getting a other one soon.. so il be able to do it, our even join in.. so i hope this contest get a go, and no one leaves it..

You know what? That sounds like fun, even if I'm not a serious RCT2 designer at all, I'm pretty sure I can turn out a semi-decent park entry.

And I actually do own RCT3, but rarely play it after I beat the game 2.5 days lol. I'm down for either, though my personal opinion is that RCT2 is the way to go.
