i didn't see that film bot WOW. i mean how couldbe so damn heartless to not at least HELP them out of poverty, i swear they don't even care. makes youwanna... you know. punch 'em.

They built them a school and everything. How many poverty stricken 3rd world types are building British film directors a school, not many as far as I'm aware.
The film and the media circus surrounding it surely heightens interest in this particular area of the world and surely highlights the plight of a selected few. That's far better than if the film had not been made so... I don't really see the problem.
