*Also speculate on color scheme thoughts if you would like, as I'm without a name and a real solid lead on colors [I like them both, but I also like many other complimenting schemes that come to my mind, so meh] I would consider any comments regarding that stuff.

Yay! Liking what I see so far, curious to see more of the layout. Is that an s-curve I spy @ the bottom of the second pic?

^^No it's just a turn that starts from a bit of an incline.

Do you guys like this as a final color scheme? Just wondering about colors, I will reveal more about the actual roller coaster later.

I like the red. The bottom one looks exactly like Griffon.

I'm surprised you still linger on this site my friend. Nice to see you're still designing things. I wish I could find the inspiration myself to keep making rides but my schedule wont allow it. Either way, this ride is looking quite fun. I love b&m hypers, and I'm sure you'll do this the way its meant to be done. Pardon me if I've missed some details, but is this hand built or tooled? Also, do you have any sort of release date in mind?

Hehe, oh Mikey, it's not as bad here as you think. From my readings of your comments I've noted that you retain little to no hope or satisfaction in this community... but it's not really worth getting upset about. I still like it here. You should still try to find joy in being a part of an exchange like this.

This one is made with Newton. Nothing close to certain for a release date yet, but depending on my drive to theme and support the ride, we're looking at anywhere from 2-5 months out. I'll be posting more about the layout later on. Thanks for the positive comments.

I just can't find the time or motivation to build anything. I guess I should do what I did in the beginning and just start small.

So you're using newton? Last thing I remember before my hiatus was you reverting to handbuilding. Back to tools then I see? Hmm. Well if I manage to get anything decent built I'll send it to you first. You're opinion matters more than anyone else's as far as my rides are concerned.

What I can see looks pretty sick. Not sure whether I could see B&M doing that turnaround, but nowadays you never know with them. Quality seems to be there, and that always helps me believe whatever someone's presenting. Looking forward to seeing more.

^ Well, if you think about it, The turnaround is pretty much just a flatter version of this:

Yeah I know...my point was more referring to the flatness and sustained speed and high forces. It's definitely doable though.

^It's actually not very high force at all. Compared to the Goliath turnaround, though, yes. But that certainly isn't the only comparison one is able to go with. It's just a helix with a cross-over entry and exit.

You're probably going to have a harder time believing B&M would do the actual turnaround I have in this ride... I believe I pulled it off well and it retains certain B&M characteristics, but it's still quite out of the ordinary.

If you can't get on board with B&M staying low to the ground, you shan't much enjoy this ride. Like I said, I think I've done that well, and I certainly believe it is more than realistic and doable, considering various feats of B&M work.

Then again, it's hard to believe B&M would do this ride at all.... [;)]

They're working more with low elements now, as opposed to the old hypers (and many of their other coaster styles) where they seemed to use most of their kinetic energy on each element. I'm not really opposed to your turnaround, just kinda bringing up the styling nonchalantly.

Remember kids, when the tool won't do what you want, say "F it" and call it "being original"

^^Exactly, and yes of course the low ground nature certainly is a primary aspect to my ride. You'll see more in a tad bit of time.

That turnaround looks really unique and awesome. [approve]
The rest of the ride is pretty cool as well.

If you're gonna stick with a weather name, I say "Nimbostratus" is kinda boring. They're the flat, boring "rainy day" clouds. Think Michigan in late fall. Go with Derecho.

That's just me, though...

^Yes, but it sounds awesome and the 'flat' connotation is quite relevant.

More photographs.

The "bunny hills" at the end are each over 100 feet tall.
