NL2 built in FVD tutorial/video build

Can someone who is good with FVD maybe create a video tutorial of how to do basic elements and or record the building process of one of their FVD creations? I know I'm only one person asking but I'm sure it would benefit lots of people who are struggling with FVD. I am requesting not demanding so only do it if you want to and have the time. Thanks in advance
