Hello guys. I'd like to know if there's anyone here who uses FVD++ to NoLimits 2.

Well, I've been having problems with coasters built on FVD++ and exported to NL2. I don't like NL2's editor and I got used to FVD-based programs. Newton was pretty accurate and precise in exporting elements to NL1, but it seems like it doesn't happen from FVD++ to NL2. The G forces are always wrong when I play the simulator even if I adjust the speed and the heartline as pre-determined (most cases the G forces transpass the red limits).

Help me!

The problem is that the default friction in FVD is higher than the default friction in NL2, meaning the train will be moving faster through the elements in NL2 than what FVD says. There are 2 ways around this (1 if you don't have the professional version of NL2)

- Lower the friction in FVD. By default, the friction in FVD is 0.030, so try lowering it down to around 0.025 - 0.027.

- Raise the friction in NL2 (Only possible in NL2 Professional). In the coaster properties, I believe in the Mode tab, change the friction option from NL2 to NL2 (Custom Friction) (I can't quite remember what the options are called, by I believe it's similar to what I typed). Then set the Friction to 0.030.

It's weird. The friction was the very first thing I thought about when I saw the higher speed. However, it shows the same value on both FVD++ and NL2. Maybe the entire Physics in NL2 is different from FVD++, not only the friction.
