I have a thought. Upon riding Whispy Woods over at NL-E, I realized how graphics intensive some parks can be. My new-ish system is on the upper end of quality in terms of graphical performance, and a lot of the time the coasters in that park were unrideable because of the low FPS I was getting. Some people have unbelievable computers with no performance issues but I know I'm not the only one experiencing problems, especially since mine is quite good to begin with. I normally get 50-60 FPS in any park I visit, with graphics mostly at the highest settings.
So I was thinking, maybe we should all agree to upload two versions of our parks? One is the "full" version and one is the "stripped" version. Full is, obviously, everything you intend it to be. The stripped version would consist of zero 3DS flatrides, minimal extraneous scenery, and coasters with only one train each. That way the park is still "rideable" in terms of roller coaster riding, but you have less graphical issues. One can be posted on the exchange and the other can be externally linked, either in the description or within the park file itself.
Thoughts?
