Google Sketch Up is a great, intuitive tool that you can use to learn how to 3d model and NL2 supports importing .dae files which means its all you need! A lot of people within the community are currently using this so its a good way to start!

Sketchup is a great and easy way to model. I use it. However there are plenty of times where you want to go about banging your head on everything lol. I am currently trying to learn blender but I have found that going from one modeling program to another is a bit challenging. So I would pick one modeling software and stick with it. If you have any questions as RCT3rox stated feel free to ask! Everyone here is very helpful! :D

Sketchup is one way to model 3D. You can also get Blender for free, albeit it's a steeper learning curve. You can do more with it, though.

Might wanna not start a thread with the title "CS", here. I almost couldn't bring myself to click on it!

Also avoid "TPR", or the even worse "WWS"....
