Google Sketch Up is a great, intuitive tool that you can use to learn how to 3d model and NL2 supports importing .dae files which means its all you need! A lot of people within the community are currently using this so its a good way to start!

Sketchup is a great and easy way to model. I use it. However there are plenty of times where you want to go about banging your head on everything lol. I am currently trying to learn blender but I have found that going from one modeling program to another is a bit challenging. So I would pick one modeling software and stick with it. If you have any questions as RCT3rox stated feel free to ask! Everyone here is very helpful!

Sketchup is one way to model 3D. You can also get Blender for free, albeit it's a steeper learning curve. You can do more with it, though.

now i did make a moddel and make it 3ds but if i set it to no limits its complete withe
and i did paint it
