Coming in 2015! Six Flags Discovery Kingdom??????s newest roller coaster attraction is a perfect balance of anticipation and suspense, unbridled thrills and unmatched wonder ?????? where you??????re constantly at the cusp of heading into an inversion and you wonder when will it ever happen?

With the new Dare Devil Chaos Coaster, it is a matter of momentum that finally takes riders, seated face-to-face or back-to-back, looping full speed around the single circular track up to seven stories high, only to stop and suspend riders upside-down before reversing direction for more thrills and fun.

Dare Devil Chaos Coaster marks the ninth roller coaster at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom that includes mega thrill coasters like Medusa, V2, Kong, Roar and SUPERMAN Ultimate Flight, plus milder coasters for younger riders like Cobra, Boomerang and Road Runner Express.

In a single looping track, riders will experience anticipation, suspense, anxiety and unbridled thrills making full revolutions both forward and reverse seven stories high.

Facts: Dare Devil Chaos Coaster

- Single looping coaster
- Travels both backwards and forwards
- Top speed revolutions
- Upside down at 70 feet high
- Seats 24 passengers
- Minimum height of 48?????? to ride.

A ring of freaking fire ride, really?? Wow looks like rct3 made a return in the form of six flags. As if they don't already have a migraine machine at SFDK.

It's like they're not even trying anymore.

How do they classify these as coasters?! They don't roll and they don't coast. It's worse than the disk-o argument.

Its funny not even the GP is buying it as a coaster... On the Great Adventure FB page every other comment on the announcment page is about how its not a roller coaster
What are these for?

Seriously, even RCDB doesnt even recognize these, lets be honest, carnival rides as roller coasters, and even their definition at times can be questionable.

They just be walking out near a junkyard where they get all of their rides and found these lying there, like the sky screamers (Windseekers are much better).

lol ^ the only defense I have for the skyscreamers is that they use chains instead of steel, which makes is 10x scarier in my opinion. Otherwise, Windseeker, FTW!

I mean Windseekers do break down more often but look at the positives.

Windseekers look better without the truss-y tower
Windseekers have more seats which is great for capacity
Windseekers have comfortable seats with great lapbars
Windseekers light up all rainbow-y and just look amazing.

This train sounds like "RC Racer with an endless loop" to me! ;) You have to notice that Dare Devil is coming to SFDK as a different style of Zonga!

I love these rides XD. I love any ride that goes upside down a million times. Calling these roller coasters though is upsetting. Especially when they are starving for a real coaster.

It is definitely not a coaster. I do think petitioning to have six flags scrap these plans is silly. It looks like a descent flat. For example, SFNE, they have removed almost ALL good flats over the past 10 years, Double Trouble, Time Warp, and now Twister. I do fancy thrill flats as well as coasters. I think installing zamperla air races would be a better idea.

Probably at most major carnivals. I'm not sure if 70 ft high vs. 55 ft high makes a major difference to the rider.

No no no. Not that. The ride looks exactly like El Diablo from the color scheme to the flames on the top.

I genuinely thought that was El Diablo.... Until I noticed Kong of course.

This is just a meh ride unlike the same one (well-themed) at SF Great Adventure. I say Dare Devil Dive is 10x better! Blasphemy! :(

Legit is El Diablo. Only difference is SFDK put a SF logo on the trains, SFGADV did not :P

BUT WE RECEIVED A COOL DEVIL THING AND THEY DIDN'T SO HAHA WE WIN!

Welp, then they either got ripped off the cars already, or I just was oblivious, probably both
