i found this forum while doing research on NL2 and have been reading/lurking for a bet before I picked up a copy of NL2pro. The main reason I picked up the game was to build, I honestly am not a coaster guy! & haven't ridden on in maybe a dozen years or so. But what I have been doing is building 3d chat worlds and also 3d graphics in Vue Infinite.

The main focus for me with NL2 will be terrain and world building...riding a fun coaster is a bonus : )

It's been fun reading through the forum and I look forward to learning all I can.

Let me say welcome to our board! As for NL2, Coaster Crazy has got a plenty of skilled users (builders), so please feel free to ask questions or share your tracks / parks. :)

Word on the street is that if you learn enough scripting and 3D modeling you can make your own game within NL2.

Welcome to the site! NL2 is extraordinarily powerful, and there truly is no limit (pun intended) to what you can create
It's been a long time

THX for the fun greetings.

?..and for "scripting" ... My favorite doodling with code is pulling out the Text Editor, laying down some raw vrml code and seeing how close the actual 3d world looks compared to what I'd envisioned. ; ) I've had some good laughs at the outcomes...and need for tweaks in the code.
