It would be rather early for that as Toverland is planning to open it's expansion in Spring 2018. However, during their previous expansion, the coaster was open before the land around it was still be developed.

Anyways, my guess is an un-announced China project, but we'll see.

From my experience with Troy, it was about 9 months before opening until more visible construction happened. So it would seem a little soon yeah. I'd expect to see around Spring/Summer more construction and land preparations happening for the new ride.

It's probably too early for a 2018 project, so I'm guessing it's one of the China projects. I'd say it's most likely either the dive coaster at Happy Valley Chengdu or the wing coaster at the new Wanda City park.

Quick update! New track spotted but first the teal track is for the Chengdu Dive Coaster

Anyways heres the new track spotted, the red track looks to be for a coaster that goes upside down no doubt about it since the spine has that support connector found on loops.
