I wanted to do something that was sort of a combination of Maverick and Indiana Jones et le Temple du Peril with a creepy, backwoods kind of theme. This is what I have so far.

Interesting idea, how are you going to combine the two styles? What are you implementing from each ride into yours?

To answer your question, it more or less came from the idea of doing a sort of modernized version of Indian Jones et le Temple du Peril: a highly themed coaster with a somewhat compact layout. But I wanted to make the layout feel more modern, with twisty and snappy curves and turns similar to Maverick (rather than have it primarily consist of dips and MCBRs).

Recently, I've been mostly working on theming for the queue, starting with a small, abandoned cabin that guests will walk through. (It's still in the very early stages, so bear that in mind.)

As a result of dissatisfaction with how this project was initially going, I've decided to start over and take a vastly different approach. Inspirations for the layout include Black Mamba, Iron Wolf, and Batman: The Dark Knight.

Woah! The station is truly amazing, I definitely see some Scourge influences and that works quite well. The textures are quite nice too. Looking more and more towards the release :)
